Shenxing Ceramic Shim Core Sheet Plate is a high-performance structural ceramic component specially designed for lobed wheel (rotary lobe) pumps, manufactured by Yixing Shenxing Shenxing Technology Co., Ltd. (Shenxing Ceramics). It serves as a critical wear-resistant, gap-adjusting, and sealing core part inside lobe pumps, addressing the challenges of abrasion, corrosion, and high-temperature operation in fluid handling.

Ultra-high wear resistance: Hardness up to HRA 85–90, wear life dozens of times that of alloy steel, drastically reducing component replacement frequency.

Excellent corrosion resistance: Inert to most acids, alkalis, salts, and organic solvents, suitable for pumping corrosive media.

High-temperature stability: Sustains mechanical strength at up to 1400–1600°C, adapting to high-temperature fluid scenarios.

Core Functions in Lobe Pumps

Wear protection: Acts as a replaceable wear plate, isolating lobes from direct contact with the pump casing, slowing casing wear and lowering overhaul costs.

Gap compensation: Precisely adjusts radial/axial clearances between lobes and housing, maintaining stable volumetric efficiency and preventing internal leakage.
