They serve as axial load bearing parts to reduce friction, isolate metal contact and resist abrasion in rotating machinery. Our ceramic thrust washers adopt two mainstream high-performance ceramic raw materials: 95%/99.7% alumina ceramic and 3Y-TZP zirconia ceramic. Both materials own outstanding mechanical properties. Alumina type balances cost and wear resistance for general working conditions; zirconia ceramic delivers higher toughness and impact resistance for heavy-load working scenes.
