    • Extreme precision and stability: The nozzle can achieve ultra-fine inner diameter processing, with the inner diameter as small as 0.1mm. Its concentricity can reach 0.005mm, and the inner diameter surface roughness is only Ra 0.1μm. This high-precision structure can ensure the uniform flow rate of the fluid during the operation of the precision pump, avoiding the problem of unstable conveying caused by the uneven inner wall. Meanwhile, zirconia ceramic has stable dimensions, which can maintain structural accuracy even under long-term high-speed operation of the pump shaft, and is not easy to deform.
    • Super wear and corrosion resistance: Zirconia ceramic has a Vickers hardness of up to 12.3GPa, and its wear resistance is 276 times that of stainless steel. When the precision pump conveys abrasive fluids (such as fluid containing tiny particles) or corrosive media (such as acid and alkali reagents), the nozzle can resist the erosion and wear of the fluid. This not only extends the service life of the nozzle but also avoids pollution to the conveyed fluid caused by the wear and shedding of the nozzle material.
    • Good thermal and mechanical stability: It can maintain stable performance in the temperature range of -20℃ to 800℃. Even if the precision pump generates heat during high-speed operation, the nozzle will not soften or crack. In addition, its flexural strength can reach 1000MPa and compressive strength up to 2500MPa, which can withstand the mechanical vibration and pressure impact during the operation of the pump shaft without damage.
