Mullite Ceramic Insulator
This insulator is fabricated from high-quality mullite ceramic (3Al₂O₃·2SiO₂), a premium aluminosilicate technical ceramic material. It is produced via powder forming, high-temperature sintering and precision machining to serve as insulating structural components for high-temperature electrical and industrial equipment.

It maintains stable dielectric properties at ambient and elevated temperatures, effectively preventing electric leakage and short-circuit risks for electronic assemblies, sensors and heating elements.

Mullite ceramic sustains long-term service at 1300~1450°C. Low thermal expansion coefficient ensures outstanding thermal shock resistance, resisting cracking under repeated rapid heating and cooling cycles.

Resistant to oxidation, weak acid and alkali corrosion. It will not react with most gases and molten substances, avoiding contamination in harsh working environments.
4. Low Thermal Conductivity
Apart from electrical insulation, it also provides thermal barrier performance, reducing heat conduction between components.
